Trump will react negatively to the most obscure, inconsequential slight. He cannot let anything go unanswered once it’s brought to his attention. It’s said he doesn’t own a computer. If that’s so it would seem the television news and alt-right/Wingnut Wurlitzer talk radio are almost the sole sources of his worldview. Get inflammatory items on those venues somehow and he’ll see it.

Unfortunately, short of his taxes revealing the commission of a serious crime their leak will be too little too late. He won’t be impeached or driven to resign over matters merely embarrassing in nature.

It could just be the Trump camp’s incompetence and reflexive need to act like crazy idiots on everything, but I admit, their over-the-top reaction here raised my eyebrow. I have previously put no stock in any claims of hacking or other election fraud, but now . . . well, given Trump’s uncanny habit of projection, my curiosity has at least been piqued.
