this is serious. i was a lawyer in the office of the general counsel at a major federal agency in DC and we reviewed numerous drafts of EOs over the course of many months before those EOs were signed. in other words, it was a very methodical and - pardon the pun - deliberative process to ensure that, among other things, the Administration had the appropriate authorities to act.
I saw another comment here that said these clowns are using EOs like press releases - seems about right. wonder if the lawyers at DHS OGC (or DOS or DoD for that matter) saw any drafts before this one was signed?
I think thatâs probably the most irritating thing because you want to shake them and ask, âWhat the hell is the matter with you?!â But then all youâll get is that zombie âGrrrrrrrr.â

You are absolutely right. We should believe nothing coming from these liars. They have proven themselves over and over again to be untrustworthy. The media shouldnât give them the time of day unless they are fact checked in real time.
The devil is in the details. Depending on what the order says, it could call for anything from what we already had in place, to full on McCarthyist wet dream (transposed from commies to Muslims).
