He says North Korea’s Kim Jong Un — who’s threatened the U.S. with a nuclear attack — “knows I’m not messing around, not even a little bit, not even 1 percent.”
Translation: Trump is messing around. Having to say that you’re not messing around indicates that you are and are having to say otherwise to pretend to everyone that you’re not—everyone including yourself.
Based on this, were I an advisor to Kim, I’d tell him that Trump is a lightweight and to just keep doing whatever he’s doing.
