Well, the CFA is just a given. That’s been obvious to anyone actually paying attention for years, if not decades.
And “Clean” is a stretch, unless that’s just limited to showering daily (but why do I think he prefers baths? I have no idea). But let’s give him 1 out of 12 just because he’s the current occupant.
I consider him more CSA (Confederate States of America) than BSA; that’s definitely what his base is looking for in a President of the United States of America.
ETA: The CFA part is just bonus! for the base.

Unfortunately this purposeful sabotage has effected the effectiveness of the whole system.
The Medicaid expansion if fully implemented would have brought cost down insurance premiums for everyone. No more $10 asprins at a hospital because they won’t need to inflate costs to cover the patients they don’t get paid for…
As per usual, Republicans break government then tell everyone that government is the problem.

I was going to say that the business people would be pissed that he was proposing to disrupt the economy when it was possible that Congress would never be able to agree on anything. But then I realized they know he’s a worthless blowhard.
