Keep it up, deep state, and Trump will send out the flying monkeys. Last warning.

How will Trump tweet in the new jacket currently being prepared for his wardrobe?

Flynn rolls! Can trump ask for immunity?

If Flynn didn’t do anything wrong why would he need immunity?

It pains me to say this, but if the psychologists/psychiatrists are right about his mental state he can “beat” the detector, which some have oversimplified as measuring “guilty” physical reactions:sweating, heart rate, etc. If we’re looking for guilt, we’ve got the right guy. But if we’re looking for a feeling of guilt, we’ve got the wrong one.

Even more so (didn’t realize that was possible) after hearing an explanation for why he was targeted for Russian Cyberspying - because he so reliably retweeted the fake news they planted.

That’s why the polygraph is junk science. An innocent person who’s very upset at even being suspected of doing something wrong will fail the test. A pathological liar can beat it every time.

Watt also testified that Trump helped spread fake news by embracing the stories that served the Russian agenda against his opponents.

Watts told the committee to “follow the dead bodies” to learn more, referring to several Russians connected to Kremlin fake news who have died in the past few months.

That Trump was dancing with Putin is beyond question. Partners who came to the dance together or fans of the same music and moves who arrived separately? Dancers who came separately but signaled to each other from across the dance floor by requesting and re-requesting certain tunes from the band or simply dancers who never met but just happened to enjoy the same music? Conspirators, opportunists, merely common fans of a traveling band? We do not yet know but may soon find out. What is already clear is that the rest of us, not invited to their exclusive party, when thought we were voting for a President were merely dancing in the dark.

Trump should be made to show his original birth certificate every other month. The new york one available is the same as ones from hawaii in that they aren’t originals.

And then has nonstop multiple hearings on his twitter use on nonsecure phone.

Remember that the GOP ALWAYS projects. So if he thinks it’s a witch hunt, it’s because that’s what he does all the time.

Something stinks here. Is Trump just saying what he last heard and garbling his own interests? Flynn asking for immunity shouldn’t be a good thing for Trump. The tone of Flynn’s letter doesn’t fill me with confidence that the story he wants to tell is the story we want to hear.

Not trying to be contentious here, but a legitimate question:

If it is junk science or something that can be beaten or is unreliable, then why does the FBI continue to use the process?

A google search on FBI polygraph comes up with a whole lot of stories, including how there were contentions that the FBI used results from such tests to fire employees.

“When you are given immunity, that means you probably committed a crime,” Flynn, then a top campaign aide to Donald Trump, said on “Meet the Press.”

I think it’s used primarily to intimidate people. It’s like forcing Dumbo to drop the feather.

It’s certainly not admissible evidence in court, and if it was the sole basis for trying to fire a civil servant, the firing agency would lose the case.

Correct. By a weird set of circumstances(bad weather kept the other participants in an event from showing up)I spent an hour or so in a group of six listening to a household-name criminal defense attorney hold court, figuratively. Came away with the indelible impression this guy wasn’t even considering whether what he was saying was true. Just saying whatever would work best at the time. Can you think of anybody else like that?

So with Flynn the first, who next? Carter Page? Manafort? What happened to KAC?
