It is funny, I reacted to the front side of Trump’s remarks. I just realized he is also pointing fingers at people outside of the main story. Wow, that is low. Yet, he backs Roy Moore.

OT, but Trump will be pitching the tax bills in St. Charles, MO this afternoon to an invited 1000 business owners and Chamber of Commerce types. St. Charles County is 87 percent white, reliably Republican and gave Trump 60 percent of its vote in 2016. Its median household income of $74,009 makes it the wealthiest county in Missouri, a third richer than the rest of the state. So, it’s a fairly good venue for him, although even the people here won’t be the big beneficiaries of the POS tax bills. And, I’m sure he’ll take the opportunity to criticize Claire McCaskill.
To get from the airport to the small Convention Center site of the speech, he will drive right past the Ameristar Casino, a casino that is doing quite well, unlike his failed attempts. He will be speaking about 5 blocks from my office. I just hope he’s gone before he fucks up the evening commute.

Every morning I awake and find that Trumplethinskin has sunk even lower into the depths of moral and intellectual depravity. Where does it end is the question. Do we all die in a blaze of North Korean fireworks, or does Trump finally blow a gasket and die sputtering even more crap from that asshole mouth of his? I’m hopeing and praying for the latter.
And on a completely un-related topic. I’m struck by the fact that Melania Trump does not seem to understand the use of sleeves when she wears a coat. Also find it interesting in her Christmas Video that she’s wearing a heavy over-coat (again without her arms in the sleeves) inside the White House kitchen.

If for no other reason, including sexual harassment, he should be fired because of the way he treated HRC during a debate. He cut her off, was rude, but lobbed softballs at stupid in chief. The asshole should have been gone after this episode.

Yeah, that’s my suspicion as well. It’s always been clear that, given his existing pathologies, the closer Mueller got, the crazier Trump was going to get.
This morning, while I was shaving, it hit me that it is highly likely that Trump has manufactured a protective delusion that there was no collusion with Russia even though he himself was directly involved in it, whether as a principal or an accessory after the fact, and that that delusion is what has kept him from doing stuff like handing out pardons or trying to fire Mueller. I suspect Cobb is feeding that delusion by telling him the investigation will likely peter out soon without touching him-with what awareness that it’s a delusion I cannot say-to keep Trump from doing the stupid stuff.
