Watching the Donald lose it over losing a tourney on his course to a successful Mexican company is priceless. But knowing that it can be a stepping stone for Latino players on the PGA’s regional sub tour to come to the USA is even better

From what I’ve read, the PGA wanted to disassociate with Trump but had signed a multi-year agreement to hold the tournament at Trump’s Doral. One of the only “out clauses” was if the PGA lost sponsorship, which they did when Cadillac pulled out. Sounds like both the PGA and Cadillac wanted to as much distance as possible btwn them, their brands, and Trump.
Trump can’t go after the PGA because they only moved the event due to losing Cadillac’s sponsorship but I have a sneaking suspicion that plenty of lawyers poured over the contracts btwn all of the entities involved to make sure that they couldn’t be sued for the [behind the scenes] coordinated effort to run far, run fast from Trump.
