Discussion: Trump Officially Ends DACA Program, Has Sessions Deliver The Bad News

Donnie’s not a dreamer, he’s a fucking nightmare…

On September 1, Trump said: “We love the dreamers, we love everybody. I think the dreamers are
terrific.” Today, in an act of cowardice, Trump left it to AG to announce the end of DACA, kick the decision to Congress - a Congress he seemingly loathes - and to express contrary sentiments about the dreamers. One can only conclude that Trump loved the dreamers before he expressed hatred towards them. Shameful!

Sessions wouldn’t take questions. What a coward.

Well GOP. It’s time to put up or shut the fuck up. They can pass a law protecting them Dreamers - if they want. The ball is in their court.

I wonder if suits will be filed and if it makes it to the Supreme Court? Hmmm.

Explains why he sent Sessions out. Never does his dirty work himself.

We’ve become accustomed to the bigotry, the buffoonery, and the narcissism, but then trump reminds us he’s also terribly, terribly cruel as well.

Unfortunately, the male members of the GOP are severely impaired when it comes to balls…

They’re both cowards. Donnie who hid out in the Oval Office and Beauregard who wouldn’t take questions.

He’s even worse than I thought he’d be. And I didn’t think that was possible.

“Populist”, my fucking ass.

This is the worst, saddest day since Nov. 8, but it is sure to be surpassed in depravity by something unknown, already slouching our way.

I describe the last 10 months to friends here as a never-ending nightmare.

Which they fully understand, even though they only see a fraction of the evil that is the Trump administration.

I just posted this elsewhere, but Biden’s former chief economist (Jared Bernstein) was livid. He just publicly accused Sessions of outright lying about the negative impact of dreamers on crime, social security, borders, employment, etc. He also said that today’s decision marks a new low point for American society and values - I agree.

As much as I hate Trump, and did not think he could go any lower, the cowardice of his actions on this issue have left me stunned. It’s like every step of the way he is screaming “I am a coward! Waaaahhhh!”
