Discussion: Trump Not Ruling Out Military Strike On Venezuela In Response To Crisis

From the land of “America First”… what the fuck interest do we even have in Venezuela?

Oh yeah, that one.

Can’t rule out military action in North Korea.
Can’t rule out military action in Venezuela.
No one could be possibly foolish enough to wage two wars on entirely different fronts, right?

Ahhhh, never mind.

The Pentagon is getting used to the blurts from the C-in-C.

“Any insinuations by the Maduro regime that we are planning an invasion are baseless and are designed to distract from his continued efforts to undermine the democratic process and institutions in Venezuela."

Madura called trump because he wanted to learn how to be a great leader of the people… and Maduro knew trump was floating in the same boat.

He sure doesn’t talk much to his “team”, does he. Literally hours after Pence and McMaster were saying Venezuela is a regional problem (i.e. Yanqui not gonna cast himself as the bad guy this time), Trump goes and opens one or more of his orifices and spews.

How many countries has trump threatened to beat-up so far? Or maybe it’s easier to count how many he hasn’t?

Actually… Trump’s instincts would be to enter the conflict in support of Manduro.

I just hope no one spills any coffee on him. He might go nuclear.

So, the new strategy is to go after every country he can cover comfortably on a map with his tiny hands?

Trump told reporters Friday that all options remain on the table in response to anti-democratic actions in Venezuela, including military intervention.

Yeah, I’ve been thinking the same thing.

I blame the members of Trump’s team - including Tillerson and Haley in the photo above - for giving his frightening pronouncements credibility. They need to stand up and say “enough” in a way that is public and begins to shut Trump down. Otherwise, war, death and destruction will be on their shoulders.

Donald Trump bragged to the governor of Guam that he was making him famous and going to increase his tourism, while North Korea is threatening to attack the island.

Guam Governor replies that he’d rather not become a martyr for Trump’s cause.

Haven’t won Afghanistan, still fighting Iraq. Looking for a war with Korea. I know, let’s add Venezuela to the mix. That should deflect from the Russia Investigation.
