So, Mulvaney destroys everything heās put in charge of. Thatās his purpose as he sees it. Less government = more freedumb ā¢. Heās a nihilist. I see this as symbolically the end of the Trump presidency. We havenāt entirely reached that point in practice, but itās coming.
