Oh Oh Please
Proceed
Mueller is already 5 moves ahead of you.
Gates already spilled the beans , which is why they said: Plea on the second case? We don’t think so.
Come back when you have something to offer
Plus as an extra added bonus at no additional charge:
Obstruction of justice . Stay quiet and I’ll give you a pardon
JFC on a buttered bagel these fuckers are stupid

I suggest bringing in Rudy and getting rid of that loser McGahn, who continues to insist that he works for the people, not the president.

Trump ran as a “law and order” candidate. I missed the part where pardoning convicted felons was part of the program.

Trump wants to serve the law enforcement community notice they’re wasting their time pursuing cases against people he is close to or has some sort of business/political relationship with. Why the hell bother spending countless hours investigating, indicting and taking to trial someone if you’ve been served notice there’s a pardon awaiting them at the end of the entire ordeal? And those having dealings with Trump will be emboldened to ignore the law, especially if their crimes have some sort of six degrees of separation from him. You think Tom Barrack has any damned reason to obey the laws, any law? You think Peter Thiel gives a shit what the IRS has to say about the way his accountants file his taxes? Why would he? Any prosecution would be treating him “very unfairly” and all be due to his friendship with Trump.

Trump wants a two tier justice system, one for all of us, and another for all his friends. And he’s doing a fine job in achieving it.

Don McGahn… has been coming to blows Trump over the issue.

I think there’s a ‘with’ missing from that sentence.

Sure…ignore the advice.

Silly person! ‘Law and order’ has always been code for ‘oogabooga, Scary Black People are out to get you - but I’ll keep them in line!’ (Scary Muslims and Hispanics have been added along the way, of course.)

It’s never had anything to do with crimes that white people commit in office buildings. Law & Order politicians are A-OK with that stuff.

As the sentence stands, I need a tanker of brain bleach.

It would be nice if there were any evidence in favor of these “warnings about how the pardon would play,” but Republicans are bathwater that gets thrown out with the baby, and they know it. They are 100% in the tank for The Rump, for this reason alone. Pence would’ve signed the same tax cutting abomination just fine.

Anybody noticed that tRump has a political death wish?

My suggestion is that he just google “lawyers who will help Trump pardon Manafort.”

The article has the typical self-serving statement attributable to McGhan, that he is the one standing between Trump and constitutional chaos. Look, if Trump couldn’t keep his flag up for more than a few hours, he doesn’t have the stones to do a pardon. What is more likely the case, as Michael Wolff said and wrote, is that Trump is constantly muttering about pardons the way he constantly mutters about firing Mueller. When grandpa gets a little louder and more ornery than usual, people like McGahn freak out and tell the press.

The key nugget in this article is the reference to Tom Barrack. People in the WH (maybe even Ivanka and Jared?) are trying to assemble a war council for Trump of people from the real estate world who know him well and are filthy rich. Barrack’s name is on that list. The VF article states that Trump refused to take a meeting with this group over the weekend, but it’s possible (if not likely) that this group is the one that convinced Trump to back down on his ridiculous stance on his own personal flag controversy.

Barrack is one of the few with the standing and gravitas to get Trump to resign, and perhaps to help him negotiate a deal with Mueller, SDNY, Manhattan DA and NYAG relating to the various charges he, his family and his businesses will face. Watch Barrack’s name over the next few months.

His supporters are blind to this because they are convinced that all law breaking is done by black and brown people and do not care for the crimes conducted by whites. On MSNBC in the weekend, a father of a gamer who was in the Jacksonville FL shooting site called in David Gura’s show. He was talking about how his son had missed other shootings including one in Nevada and ended by saying that I am Trump supporter all the way because he is stopping all illegals and all crimes they are committing. Gura did not ask him if he knows whether the shooter was an undocumented person. Ironically, all shootings he mentioned specifically are conducted by white males.

If trump pardons Manafort, we all understand that means that Manafort can be called as a witness and cannot plead the 5th and is not protected by said pardon if he purgers himself. But what keeps Manafort from fleeing the country immediately upon receiving his pardon and not appearing as a witness? Is Manafort still kept in custody on state charges that would keep him from fleeing the country in order to not become a witness on the stand?

Go ahead, pardon Manny, you complete idiot. See where it gets you. Mueller has a veritable smorgasbord of witnesses and flips, and all you do is provide more with every asshole move you make.
