His lawyer has hijacked the press conference.

He could’ve done a $2 billion deal with some beautiful and smart Arab.

Just listening to the details of the ā€œTrust Agreementā€ whereby the Trump Organization passes into the control of his sons and one another. He promises not to involve himself in management. Promises ā€œno new foreign dealsā€ during presidency. He will continue to see profit and loss statements for the business, however.

He’s basically asking the world to accept his scout’s honor that he will abide by the Chinese wall. Utterly ridiculous. He will be running his business and the country’s business simultaneously.

That would be my guess as to who PDJT has on his list. Why so shy about saying so? Did someone convince him it makes him sound crazy?

He did a lot of rambling, laced with the usual ā€œI’m the greatestā€¦ā€ bullshit. Then he abruptly cut the rambling short. I think his implanted chip was buzzed to get him to stop. Of course, didn’t really answer the questions. And now some woman charged with divesting his biz interests, has the stage and is droning on and on. Snooze time.

Trump basically fled the podium, completely rattled by the question of when he will release his tax returns. Coward and liar.

Bingo. I think we’re now in the land beyond Nixonian paranoia. There’s nowhere to go but downhill from there.

He can’t develop another gear than double down. He can’t stop himself from bashing the agencies no matter what a rational person would do. When I keep saying that he has Narcissistic Personality Syndrome and that disorder determines, in the sense that scientists and philosophers use the word ā€œdetermines,ā€ most of his behavior, this, this stuff we’re seeing right here, is what I mean.

He has been publicly humiliated. His great validating triumph has been called into question. His ability to replenish his largely phantasmagoric personal fortune, which is the only measuring stick he has for his value, and, yeah, at this point, his liberty, have been put at risk. He literally cannot control himself under these circumstances.

People tried and tried and tried to make voters and the media understand this, to understand that it both makes him intrinsically utterly unsuited to the vast power of the presidency and that it makes him unsuitable because he is so easily manipulated. And still the media doesn’t get it, or if it does, feels some compulsion to pretend it doesn’t. People are still trying to get that across, even after the APA issued its lofty fatwa about the ethics of diagnosing at a distance. And even when he shows what they mean, day after day, still people don’t get it because by their nature, personality disorders are things people have a hard time grasping or accepting in the abstract.

They really only get it when they have themselves had to deal with someone with a profound personality disorder. Most people equate them with a mild neurosis, of the kind most everybody has, a thing down in the subconscious influencing behavior but not controlling it in a deterministic fashion. But that’s not what we’re talking about here.

And none of the journalists called him on it. Just let him bullshit, as usual.

Compare this weak minded talk with last nights speech by President Obama

When an official says something bad about him shouldn’t have been leaked, he is in deep dodo.

Beautiful!

Didn’t mean to disregard the NPS issue. It’s in my head all the time. I’m well aware of this. (And have had multiple rounds in my life of dealing with it personally)

I just needed to make myself laugh.

Trump is so far from the ability to learn anything that might possibly help him, and the potentially disaster he is courting for himself just struck me as funny this morning. (And yes, I’m still scared to death that we are all in this situation with such a near 0% likelihood of getting out of this without massive damage to the republic)

TrUmp sounds like a coach being interviewed after the game. Rex Tillerson is brilliant he said really trillion things. Jeff sessions is brilliant he said brilliant things. Most of you don’t know he was a prosecutor in Alabama where he was brilliant .

Mr.Trump- Isn’t this information analogous to your many comments about President Obama not being an American citizen ,and demanding he show us his birth certificate ?

Mr Trump- you can clear up any concerns about your dealings with Russian entities by releasing your income tax returns, Will you do so immediately ?

And even when he shows what they mean, day after day, still people don’t get it because it’s not a thing most people get unless they’ve had to personally deal with someone who has it. .

In order for the entiretly of the American public to understand what you just said and act accordingly, certain beliefs / understandings would be severely challenged for them and I don’t think most Americans want / can
ā€œgo there.ā€

Great questions. Obvious questions. And yet the reporters didn’t even come close.

Dude could look you in the eye and tell you he wasn’t out whoring while smelling of vodka and Russian hooker mattress pee and scratching like he’s got crabs fit for a Red Lobster platter. There’s just no rules in the alternate reality he inhabits.
