pointed out, he got several soundbites for the right wing media of Rogers and Comey saying they had no knowledge of vote changes, despite confirmation of Russia manipulating the vote.

I’m not able to watch so I apologize in advance if I am misunderstanding his question. But no one is suggesting actual votes were tampered with.
What the Russians and the Trump campaign did (allegedly) was to demonize Hillary and the Democrats with stealing then leaking selectively …that may well have changed the outcome of the election.

Yes.
I think it is wrong to refer to these communiques as “tweets” as it implies “just tweets” -when in fact they are Presidential proclamations coming directly from the Oval Office -it just so happens that the medium is Twitter.
Trump tweets the following applying logic that Comey’s denial proves it is true:
FBI Director Comey refuses to deny he briefed President Obama on calls made by Michael Flynn to Russia.
Comey also refused to deny that Trump was currently under investigation for collusion with the Russians.
Perhaps it’s not obvious to everyone, and perhaps Nunes is just clueless, but trying to change vote tallies in Mi, PA, WI is the hard-ass way to effect the election outcome.
