It is being reported that only 10% of flooded NC homeowners have flood insurance, a requirement not covered by regular homeowners insurance. The areas around Wilmington and New Bern are particularly poorly covered. So those people are facing a grim situation, with an incompetent president and a crooked FEMA director at their side.

This will severely impact the economy of the region. These are Americans and we need to help them, but they need to understand who stands by them, and who could really care less.
