Discussion: Trump: I'll Be 'Happy' Either Way, But Losing Would Sure Be a 'Waste Of Time'

complaining that Hillary Clinton has not contributed as much as he has to her own campaign.

Paraphrasing Cheeto Jesus: that makes her smart.

It’s all about Trump. “I’ll be happy either way.” Well that’s great. How are these people so utterly enthralled with the disposition of this sh*tbag who cares zero for them? I just. don’t. understand.

I don’t know if anyone has a more up-to-date survey on the matter but I recall in the early summer, Badger-On-Head’s supporters were interviewed and more than two-thirds of them had NEVER voted before. NEVER.

It will not take much to discourage them and when Mr. Chee-Tohs loses, they will not be a force the GOP can rely upon.

“So if I lose, if I lose, I will consider this — and the nice part about saying that, I only tell you that because that means I’m not taking all of this money from all of these people that Hillary is taking money,”

Step aside Pericles, Martin Luther King and all the rest. This is what a true orator sounds like.

There’s one more step for HO: oblivion.

Yet more proof Trump is unfit and uninterested in governing. Most presidential candidates would consider the run for the presidency to be at least, an opportunity to get their political preferences heard, to motivate voters and to partake in the democratic process that makes this country great. To Trump, it’s all a waste of time.

Just don’t hold your breath on that one. You know the famous Steiner scene from Downfall? Trump’s rage by comparison is going to make Hitler look like he said, “Oh well. I’m sure Steiner tried his best. So what’s for lunch?” When Trump is angry he deliberately damages everyone and everything he can reach. He’ll have zero intrinsic motivation to concede. I’ll bet anyone 20 bucks the party has to do it for him.

ETA: Here’s a sample of his realism and perspective:

The results are in on the final debate and it is almost unanimous, I WON! Thank you, these are very exciting times.

Of course. That’s exactly what he said he’d do the first time he ran, in 2000. He wants the power, sure, but he’s been scamming this whole operation to funnel campaign money into his own pockets. This obsession shows up in his delusion that everyone is interested in comparing campaign fund sourcing. Nobody cares about that but himself and his kids (who are still hoping for a big fat bottom line out of this whole embarrassing fiasco.)

Well, he thought he could CON his way into the presidency, and come out of it with a tidy profit.

Heh. Not planning to.

Hillary’s debate jabs will gnaw away at him for days, and he’ll stay up all night wearing out his little bitty thumbs in a rabid tweetstorm. Go ahead Donnie, you know you want to!

The truest contrast in character imaginable:

Gore: “I accept my responsibility, which I will discharge unconditionally, to honor the new president-elect and to do everything possible to help him bring Americans together.’”

vs.

Trump: “I’ll decide whether I accept the outcome or not, and I will leave you in suspense.”

Duh?

[He said good-naturedly.]

I did wonder if you were funnin’. Personally I’m hoping for an Election Day that’s relatively free of lethal violence myself. I think if we see a concession statement it’ll be written by Kellyanne after Bornstein gives the boss a shot of horse tranquilizer that’ll put him under for a week.

Honestly, I think most shrinks could probably diagnose Trump within five minutes.

Au contraire mon ami. Trump has wasted time of tens (if not hundreds) of millions of Americans. Election stress is a real, identified thing. People are seeing psychologists about it.

It’s only fair that a tremendous waste of his time should follow to start repayment of the karmic debt he’s incurred on us.

God, I hope he can hold it together until 11/9. He seems on the verge of mouth foaming and jackets with buckles.
