Do you sit there and watch Trump interviews and news conferences with your laptops in front of you, ready to make a separate click-baitable article for every specific comment he makes? I mean, instead of just waiting for the end and summarizing his remarks…

The three most recent LiveWire articles are all about Trump, all from the interview he’s apparently currently giving to Greta Van Susteren. Seriously, the interview couldn’t have been that long. Why couldn’t they wait for the end of the interview and just make one article about him? I know I’m not a high-ranking journalist or politico, but I’m pretty confident that there is actual political or current event news out there that could fill those other two article spots. May take some effort to write those articles, though. Just sayin’…

I wonder how the fellow who asked Trump that series of questions last week feels now about the Donald?
Yeah, I think it’s important to cover him, but to present every utterance as a separate article is annoying.

It’s the NYC thing. For a long time TPM has assumed the rest of the country cares as much about Trump as NYC does. It is a problem.

Walker dropping out and calling for others to drop so the field can narrow against Trump. Thats a pretty big deal and deserves its own comment section

Saying he would vote for Muslim is snapping the trap on Carson. That also is newsworthy, though not as important as #1. Many of us have been wondering how Trump would go after Carson. We got at least part of the answer here. And turning a bad situation for him into a trap for Carson is a pretty impressive political maneuver.

Attacking Fiorinia. Probably the least newsworthy of the three, but she is emerging as a leading contender against him, and we all saw his first attack blow up in his face. He can’t ignore her, so he has to do something. Again, its a separate conversation to be had, but it is campaign news about two leading candidates.
