(1) Threaten foreign leader with destruction the like of which the world has never seen before.
(2) Offer to meet with foreign leader.
(3) Generate suspense over whether meeting will/will not be held.
(4) Meet with foreign leader in secret, refuse to discuss with anyone else in US government or media what was discussed.
(5) Declare all problems resolved and there will be peace on earth.

See? Five easy steps! Only the Dotard can fix it!

I used to work for a guy whose whole purpose in life was to ā€œhold meetingsā€. Nothing ever came out of them and we went underā€¦ he moved on to a new job holding meetings at another organization.
