Discussion: Trump: 'I Am Generally Working, Not Relaxing' During Hours Of 'Executive Time'

Such BS. I spend lots of time working alone at my desk, because I’m doing work delegated to me, and providing information to those I’m responsible to.

But nobody delegates to a President, and he’s only responsible to the people. Other people bring info to him, and we know he doesn’t read. So meetings and discussions are the part of his day where he’s actually working in any meaningful sense.

Well, unless we assume he’s taking orders from the talking heads on Fox News that he watches during “Executive Time.”

I’m not sure what’s the most rediculous part of that statement. Is it the part that he’s working? Or is it where he refers to him as a gentleman?

Yeah. Right. You can’t do your executive time in the Oval Office?

The only thing working in that sentence is the word "generally ".

If you know what the word “work” or any of its derivations mean, I am Marie, the Queen of Romania.

Or maybe you mean it the way Governor Ptomaine meant it: “work work work work work work work” while burying his face in some boobs.

White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders responded at the time to the report: “While he spends much of his average day in scheduled meetings, events, and calls, there is time to allow for a more creative environment that has helped make him the most productive President in modern history.”

This is true. His tweets and various statements are very “creative”, to say the least. So “creative”, in fact, that WaPo has to come up with a separate category for him.

"there is time to allow for a more creative environment that has helped make him the most productive President in modern history.” If by modern history you mean since 2017 he’s in the top few,

GENERALLY Is the operative word, you know the The gray area, the smudged line, The act of reading between the lines. We’ve got your generally speaking.

The emperor still has no clothes and you’re just playing out worthless and lazy and the cherry on top of it all is it you’re just stupid. Stupid is as stupid does and that would be you.

“that executive time is on there to allow the President to prep for the next meeting, to debrief from the previous meeting…"

So, Dt’s working himself up to working…
Its gotta be kinda like hanging a picture of Bob Mueller on the wall, so he can find the energy to cooperate with his attorneys.

But, Trump tweeted, “it should have been reported as a positive, not negative.”

Others will handle the reporting, thank you Donnie. A person who lives in a glass house, well, you know…

“I can assure you that the gentleman is working more than what’s on that calendar.”

Since Trump is unquestionably NOT a gentleman, perhaps Mick could tell us to whom he is referring.

Performance art?

He works so hard, and so long that it took him a week to notice and respond/“Frame” this news?

Oh - it wasn’t covered much on Fox - and he wasn’t spending most of his executive time watching fox and tweeting about it - or something.
