Early reporting says Li’l Donnie will not comply with the Subpoena.
So I hope they arrest his flabby ass and toss him in jail until he complies.

As reported elsewhere it is duly noted Pelosi has not scheduled Nadler’s contempt citation for a full vote before the House. Similarly, McConnell will not allow a contempt citation a vote before the full Senate, if one is voted out of committee in the first place.
I am hoping, in my heart of hearts, that Donnie, Jr. gets indicted by the NY AG. Not the SDNY, because Barr and Trump would probably have some influence and pressure over them. By Leticia James, the NY AG. The White House would have no executive privilege arguments to make, since Junior is a private citizen who does not work for the White House and, being a private citizen, if he were issued a grand jury subpoena by the state of NY, and he refused to honor the subpoena, he would be hauled off to jail until he testified.
This would drive Trump out of his already demented mind. And NY couldn’t give two fucks how much Trump raves about it.
And, man, would I love to see Donnie, Jr. commit perjury during the trial, since I can’t see him being any less of a “perjury trap” than his fat-ass daddy.

Trumps only say that to offers of illegal election assistance from hostile foreign governments.

I cannot say. I am not the NY attorney general, who has said she will investigate the Trump family’s dealings in the state of NY. I am also not privy to any findings by the investigators. But I’m fairly sure if there were any crimes committed, and considering the Trumps, it’s a little hard to believe there weren’t any, Donnie, Jr. was probably involved in some of them. As were, most certainly, Daughter Dearest, Eric the Dread, and Needledick. Of course, Fat Ass himself can’t be prosecuted, at least until he loses his Holy Porcelain Twitter Throne.
Yes, I am speculating. But considering the history of this family, why shouldn’t I?

The Mueller Report (page 117) says that Donald Trump, Jr. declined to be interviewed on the content of the Trump Tower meeting - this is followed by two lines of redaction, flagged as “Grand Jury.” I’ve ween speculation that the redaction would report that DTJ’s attorney informed the Special Council that if called, DTJ would refuse to testify, based on his fifth amendment rights.
My question is: if this is true, then why would the Grand Jury redaction apply to it? It would seem that the GJ was not a party to the communication.

Yeah, I dont talk politics with family I know are Trumpers.
It’s simply not worth it, because it indicates things I don’t want to deal with.
Unfortunately, I just limit exposure. And that is a sad reality.

As with @dommyluc I’m not privy to all the evidence they might have on him, but given that they have actually shut down the Trump charity, and I understand that the three spawn were all officers, I’d be digging with a backhoe on that one.
He’s also involved with the real estate side, and there’s been credible suggestions of bank fraud in the valuation of properties used as collateral, so I’d dispatch a Caterpillar or two in that direction, as well. Need we go on?

I really look forward to the day when we want to talk about “the Trump thing” and they’re the ones who just can’t face it. I want to see embarrassment, shame and regret. If it’s sincere, they will find me judgemental, but forgiving…
