Unfortunately he can’t backtrack on this one. The other heads of state honored their dead; he sat in his hotel room and hate-tweeted. It’s an insult not just to every veteran of our own military but to those other countries that remember WWI very vividly and took this as a solemn, serious occasion. All he’s doing at this event is showing up for meals and doing president cosplay. It’s just an international-scale exercise in drawing contempt on himself and his nation. Which is us. All he had to do was get in the goddamn car and lay a goddamn wreath and say we remember, and he couldn’t fucking bother to do that much, after he’s used the military as a prop for three years. Sickening.

My wife told me a tale from the past, sometime in the past about smaller elections that stopped counts once the powers that be got the results they wanted. Further counts obviously not needed to potentially upset the apple cart.
And here we are, today seeing that happen exactly.
From what we see, stealing is a major past-time for them. And if they were up and up, they would not have a single objection to this. The only way they can fabricate the mythos that the election is being stolen from them is telling everyone the election process is corrupt. The same tactic they have been using over and again. The same tactic seen in extreme used by Trumpie, if it goes against him, it is deep state, corrupt and out to get him. This tactic is getting a little old.

Not with the rest of the results we had - it’s counter to them. There was obviously an enormous number of Democratic straight ticket voters - we flipped 4 appellate courts and every court held by a Repug in Harris and Dallas Counties - and that’s how that happens. Straight ticket voting.
That plus those machines that were flipping straight D votes to Cruz during early voting.

By what right do the Repubs have the authority to engage in challenging ballots wrt/ signatures? Shouldn’t Democrats sue for the same right of inspection/challenge in several of the larger red counties in Florida?

Trump’s current trajectory seems to really lead toward some wretched treasonous revelations - stuff where the future and well being of the USA was used as a bartered item. … and then a Ceausescu conclusion … or a drawn out incarceration in Guantanamo… other options should be considered … but these can be placeholders for now.
