Based on what the Trump Administration is considering/thinking/floating, Iām good with them taking a nice 4-year in-office sabbatical.
I think what Trump really wants to say is heās planning on disenfranchising the entire Western US. If he does break the 9th Circuit into two new Circuit courts, does he think he gets to fire all the nasty old liberal judges and replace them with those who have gone through their loyalty tests?

Liberal judges always have to recuse themselves. Justice Thomas, on the other hand, can preside over matters wherein his wife is one of the parties.
I still remember the brightest bulbs of the fever swamp demanding Justice Kagan recuse herself from the marriage equality case becauseā¦ummā¦well, she looks like a lesbian with that short hairā¦and other totally valid reasons.

I hope that supreme court justiceās are paying attention of how donald completely disrespects judges just because they donāt decide cases his way. To complain that a judge is too liberal but wanting to replace him with a republican juge just because he is a republican is partisan politics. Heās trying to make the country a one party country that benefits on himself and others like him. The swamp is becoming a corporation.
