Discussion: Trump Duped By Fake Harvard Crimson Endorsement

Discussion for article #239034

"The students who perpetrated this are fraudsters and liars, but frankly it was a waste of only a few minutes,ā€ spokeswoman Hope Hicks told The Hill. "Mr. Trump attended the great Wharton School of Finance, a school that has more important things to do.ā€

Yeah you know - just sour grapes

Harvard? This should push Donaldā€™s poll numbers even higher though that chestnut about the Wharton School still cracks me upā€¦

Wharton losers do not understand real Ivy League negotiation techniques.

Yeah, like churning out more useless MBAs, Hedge Fund Managers and Investment Bankers. Thereā€™s way more societal value in the Waste Water Treatment program at San Bernardino Valley College.

The fact that this ersatz endorsement was so easily mistaken for a real one illustrates an underlying problem that ā€¦ makes me queasy. But then, the fact that the ersatz campaigns of all 17? 18? Republican candidates are mistaken by the media for actual candidacies of individuals who want to and are capable of running the Executive Branch of the United States of America illustrates the new height of gullibility that the US has achieved.

The prank is on!

Count on ā€˜voter participationā€™ in the pre-primary process to get more and more creative.

I will give Trump this. His people and ā€œorganizationā€ really reflects his way if doing things top to bottom. The narcciscism and boorish behavior is in the DNA of anything Trump.

In other words, just like the Trump candidacy, just mercifully much shorter.

Its not like this is the first time someone took on the Bloviator in Chief for pure shits and giggles. He should be used to being the butt of jokes by nowā€¦and deservingly so.

(t)-Rump Roast had his actual roasting in 2011. Among some of the great American luminaries there to honor The Donald was none other than Mike ā€œThe Situationā€ Sorrentino from the Jersey Shore. Now how can you beat that? Obviously, by putting him side by side with bigger clowns in the GOP. Thatā€™s how.

And this is how Faux and the GOP actually wants the country to pick its next President. Let any Tom, Dick or Harry get into the race whether theyā€™re qualified or not, as long as they tow the Anti-(fill in the blank), Know-nothingisms that the GOP has been swimming in for so long. Itā€™s simply mind-blowing ignorance, culminating in the not-so-funny, mean-spiritedness and hate-mongering theyā€™ve cultivated over all these yearsā€¦

It really is a serious lowering of the bar when it comes to our Democracyā€¦but this is what Murdoch, Ailes, the Kochs, Rove, the RNC and all the Billionaire Plutocrats wanted all along. Theyā€™ve made their bedā€¦Now let them lie in it. tRump is now their standard-bearer, whether they like it or not.

Trumpā€™s campaign is responding, as Trump himself would, like an obstreperous child being disciplined by a parent. The response here is similar to the response to being punked by Gawker. ā€œI donā€™t care. That didnā€™t hurt.ā€ What a juvenile campaign. Trumpā€¦ is a severely spoiled child.

Maddow has lately become the PR arm of the RNC and all matters related to the upcoming debates and everything Donald, and she reported on this.

Yes, but will it utterly destroy me?
