The fact that this ersatz endorsement was so easily mistaken for a real one illustrates an underlying problem that ā¦ makes me queasy. But then, the fact that the ersatz campaigns of all 17? 18? Republican candidates are mistaken by the media for actual candidacies of individuals who want to and are capable of running the Executive Branch of the United States of America illustrates the new height of gullibility that the US has achieved.
