Discussion: Trump Continues Tweeting Jabs At Trudeau From Singapore

Apparently, you are first a decent human being and then an American citizen. Having those priorities straight, it is only natural that you would choose Canada over the USA in these present circumstances?

Trudeauā€™s chief sin, that which generates the most animus in Trumpā€™s twisted, shriveled mind, is that he has but one chin.

Every single major politician and political party in Canada has released statements of support for Trudeau. I meanā€¦ I guess they said that Trump would accomplish the impossibleā€¦

But seriously - we wonā€™t back down from this. Americans donā€™t understand the Canadian psyche, not really - so let me be clear here, this has triggered everything Canadians HATE.

Our national identity is built off three things: treating people right, standing up to bullies (one of our most popular videos involves several of our hockey heroes getting into fights with Soviet soldiers - in Russia - in defense of a Canadian organizer in the crowd), and remaining stubborn independent. Of the US.

I hate to say it - but bring it on.

Now letā€™s hear the same from Democratic congressional candidates. Joe Manchin, youā€™re up.

ā€œPM Justin Trudeau of Canada acted so meek and mild during our @G7 meetings only to give a news conference after I left saying that, ā€œUS Tariffs were kind of insultingā€ and he ā€œwill not be pushed around.ā€

No word on why the PM of Canada is supposed to be ā€œmeek and mildā€.
And I guess the 1 minute touch and feel stuff can only be used once a week. Otherwise, he would have intuited that the G& leaders were going to behave in this way, and he could have disrupted that breakfast again by walking 1 minute after he had disrupted it by walking in late.

And this one gets me every time I read it: ā€œThereā€™s a special place in hell for any foreign leader that engages in bad faith diplomacy with President Donald J. Trump"
and
Trump> ā€œdid the courtesy to Justin Trudeau to travel up to Quebec for that summit. He had other things, bigger things, on his plate in Singapore. ā€¦ He did him a favor and he was even willing to sign that socialist communique. And what did Trudeau do as soon as the plane took off from Canadian airspace? Trudeau stuck our president in the back. That will not stand.ā€

This whole idea that the G7, and specifically Canada, are some kind of client states that just exist at the whim of DJT, and should be grateful that he even deigns to grace them with his presence. Good grief. Lucky for everyone that anyone associated with the T administration will clearly have no standing to decide who gets a ā€œspecial place in Hell.ā€

To which Trudeau Tweets:
ā€œDear President Trump, Thank you for ensuring my re-election. Oh, and just a reminder: Iā€™m taller than you are.ā€

But we didnā€™t elect him. The dumbass Electoral College system you helped set up did.

What really boggles my mind is that fact that Donald has gotten as far as he has in life. Obviously heā€™s been this monumental Asshole the whole time, why in the world would anyone do business with him and what does it say about our institutions, Cities, States and Businesses that have worked with him over the years? He canā€™t be trusted, heā€™s a vindictive prick, so how the hell did he survive? Or am I giving our business community too much credit? I know the banking industry froze him out, but what about the rest of them?

I hope the G6 kicks our ass. I hope they shut us out of trade negotiations and multi-state deals for a decade. Trump voters are so incredibly stupid, the only thing that will wake them up is losing their jobs/homes/retirements/futures as a result of their uninformed and/or racist votes. Yeah, it would hurt. Yeah, a lot of innocent people would get effed. Unfortunately, without a truly painful outcome, Trumpers will keep on Trumpinā€™.

Okay, I really donā€™t want Trump to destroy our economy. Iā€™m just at my wits end. Luckily, Iā€™m not a member of the G6, where cooler, more experienced heads will prevail. Letā€™s get out the vote in the midterms and get this fool impeached.

There is a little part of every Canadian that wants this fight. There is a little part of every Canadian, every time they hear the ā€œwe should just invade themā€ type of jokes that says ā€œWell Iā€™ll just have to meet up with yas in Newfoundland with all paā€™s rifles bud, and weā€™ll see!ā€

Trump will drive Canada towards China and Europe - because backing down is not an option for our leaders, and they know it. Canadian rage is a real thing.

Actually former British subjects, such as you once were, concocted the Electoral College.

I thought thatā€™s why you invented hockey?
