His angry weekend tweets about immigration came after he huddled with Fox News personalities at his Florida estate Mar-a-Lago, as CNN noted. Trump met with both Fox News’ Jeanine Pirro and Sean Hannity, per CNN, two conservative personalities who push hard-line immigration views.
After letting this sink in for a couple of minutes, I can barely begin to describe my despair at the thought of the Nitwit-in-Chief being “advised” by these two simpering fools.

A student of history–which successful Presidents often happen to be–would question whether it’s a good idea to continually screw people, rack up more and more enemies, and rely on outrageous and obvious lying to turn things around. But the current occupant, as we know, isn’t a student of history. He’s a bunko artist. This scam wouldn’t have held your majority together, Stable Genius, even if there weren’t a pack of high-school kids raising the country against you. Karma, pal. We’re really OT here, but I want to mention that back in the 1930’s, Zwicky did calculations of galactic motion which implied the existence of dark matter.

In Sept. 2017 Trump killed DACA. Called it “Amnesty First Approach”. So much blowback, that later that SAME day, tweeted Congress should legalize DACA.

Indeed we are; and I suppose the gem that I quoted is more in the realm of the impractical savant/absent-minded professor. I once knew a guy who was ardent, early proponent of string theory (Princeton, and all), and we observed that he always stashed an extra pair of Jockey shorts on his brief case. We figured in his case he anticipated the possibility of crapping himself over some unexpected discovery.

The day will come when we no longer have to listen to this deranged fool and we are all looking forward to his perp walk…in the mean time, overcoming the damage he is doing to America and the people who honor and respect our Democratic institutions is going to be a daunting task.

I don’t know what the huge fuss is. He could reinstitute DACA word-for-word anytime he wants. And, as I recall too, he was offered bipartisan compromises that even included some wall funding that he unceremoniously dismissed. The fate of DACA recipients is entirely in HIS hands.
