Do we know who is writing Trump’s tweets? This one is so out of character. Most politicians have speech writers. Trump almost certainly has a small group of tweet writers, many formerly employed at Breitbart, most of the rest at Fox News, and few new ones added by Kelly. Trump himself is too lazy and language-limited to write so many on a daily basis. He probably asks for a list of contenders on a variety of topics and selects the ones that suit him best. May change a word or two and add capitals and exclamation points.
