Donald you live on a little bit different planet from the rest of us, to put it mildly.

Now if youā€™d only stay there, rather than mucking things up in TRW.

Itā€™s not clear if Trump was claiming that past presidents have not supported funding for the Special Olympics, or if he was referring to his administrationā€™s push to cut funding to the group in its two previous budget proposals. (He was correct to point out that Congress has successfully funded the Special Olympics even when funding was initially opposed by the Trump administration.)

I appreciate the effort, I really do. But donā€™t do this. Thereā€™s more meaning in white noise than in anything Trump says. He doesnā€™t even know what he means much of the time.

Side effect or drug trip? Does it really matter? Iā€™m sure he had no idea his budget was cutting this until he saw it on TV. I mean, Trumpā€™s a dumb man but even HE knows better than to go against the Special Olympics. The only question is if he knows heā€™s lying or if these are the lies they told him so he wouldnā€™t get mad.

If someone could get Trump to understand how Republicans are lying to him, heā€™d approve every dollar of spending Pelosi sent his way and throw in as much pork as possible. Getting love by spending other peopleā€™s money is one of the few things heā€™s good at.

President Trump on Friday afternoon compared his decision to override
the Education Departmentā€™s push to cut funding for the Special Olympics
to his decision to nix sanctions on North Korea favored by the Treasury
Department.
ā€¦
Not only are you insane donald, but you are insulting the Special Olympics to boot.

RESIGNā€¦NOWā€¦for the good of the country and your own bank account.

It is doubtful that he knows what is in the budget. Too much reading for him. I hate that SOB more every day.

Read the article on the Special Olympics on Voxā€¦I think thatā€™s the one. They end it with references to people in the administration pointing out that Trump is extremely obsessed with manufacturing the false appearance that he acts and is able to wield power unilaterally, PARTICULARLY when it is him supposedly acting unilaterally to overrule people in his own administration.

From the quotes in this article, it seems heā€™s now pushing it to the point of falsehood where the government and Dept of Education havenā€™t provided any funding to the special Olympics for the past several years and that he has now unilaterally made the govā€™t do so, single-handedly saving the Special Olympics.

Anyhooā€¦narcissismā€¦god complexā€¦considers himself among equals, among whom he is of course first, only when surrounded by fellow autocratic god-kings, etc.

All hail the wise gurgles of our very stable genius leader.

His comparison totally makes sense. His point is that heā€™s a dictator with absolute control over everything our government does, allowing him to override any decision based on his personal preference at the moment.

Whether heā€™s helping disabled people or the dictator friends heā€™s made along the way, everything is within his power and we need to praise him for his kind benevolence or we might not be so lucky next time. You know, just like the Founding Fathers intended.

ā€œIn a certain way, itā€™s like the Special Olympics. For many years it hasnā€™t been approved, and then at some point it gets negotiated out in Congress. Well, I went out, and I said weā€™re going to have funding for the Special Olympics. So that is why I approved that,ā€ Trump said.

In-a-certain-way, itā€™s like the sun came out today and I brushed my teeth- today; Both things took place.

ā€œFor many years it hasnā€™t been approved,ā€-yes it has been approved. Only the Trump administration doesnā€™t want it to be approved.

ā€œā€¦ and then at some point it gets negotiated out in Congressā€- ā€œout in Congressā€ must refer to enemy territory.

ā€œWell, I went out, and I said weā€™re going to have funding for the Special Olympics.ā€- Could have saved everyone some time by telling Mick the Prick not to cut Special Olympics again, because it makes me look bad.

"So that is why I approved that,ā€ Trump said.- Hey Mick the Prick youā€™re killing my ā€˜total exonerationā€™ vibe with your screw the cripples again move. Now I have to go out there are fix it so the cripples love me again.

Gawd I hate it when I can get into Trumpā€™s pea sized brain.
