Discussion: Trump Campaign Raised $21.9 Million In June

Can’t find it on “page 9000” but if he forgave the loan, wouldn’t it be reflected as a contribution “from the candidate”. New to FEC filings, so please understand my ignorance.

Hillary’s June report has not been posted on the FEC website yet. Just checked. Trump’s has.
Edit: checked again. Now it’s up.

The embedded link to HRC’s report shows that she raised $36.35M in June.

I guess he had to get the story straight with Ms. McIver.

So, if my math is correct, she outraised Donnie by around $15 million in June. That’s widening the chasm, not narrowing the gap.

Yup. If my team is up by a touchdown at halftime, then your team gets a field goal while I get two more touchdowns in the third quarter, your team isn’t “narrowing the gap”!!

The ghastly decrepit beast creeps closer to the WH, aided by the bereft souls who shout how AMERICAN they are.

Beware the mutant learning.

Oh, please. Even if they are signed under penalty of perjury, these asshats don’t care.

I came home and made a contribution to the Dems tonight because the GOP’s hate filled convention makes me so mad.

How much of this $21.9M are from illegal contributions from foreign donors?

ETA:
Not that it wasn’t expected (well, it WAS expected), but Trump’s itemized disbursements list does not include Meredith McIver. It’s either FEC violation or free labor.

It seems Sara got those numbers from Line 17(e), which is contributions only. Total receipt (Line 22) says Hillary received 36.35M and Trump 26.72 (which apparently USA Today, Huffpo use in their reports).

And he doesn’t want to and can’t afford to keep kicking in that amount every month.

I wonder how much of this money can be traced back to Russia?

Okay, that squares a little better. Above, my math had him spending only $3 million which seemed low. $26.72 million would be more like his campaign spending $8 million in the month, which sounds more reasonable.

Wow, what a sloppy way or reporting it. Why even bring up Clinton’s May numbers in an article about Trump’s June numbers.

So with the real numbers, the reality is Clinton earned nearly twice as much for her own campaign than Trump, and more for the DNC than he did for himself.

That’s a strange definition of “cutting the gap.”

Even if he did, who is to say that he will use it in the campaign. Grifters will grift.
