This “stupid Watergate” is so stupid Trump doesn’t even realize the stupidity of what he just said.
The FBI is using informants exactly as they would in a mob investigation. Sigh…I wish the Trump crime family had a smarter leader than the Don Donald…it would be so much more compelling. We all know what happened, just waiting for Congress to impeach/convict.

The entire Republican Party weren’t a bunch of traitors back then though. Currently every right winger in America is a literal traitor.
The GOP didn’t indict or imprison 40 people related to Watergate. Justice was served then and I must be confident that justice will be served this time as well.

A new generation of Americans doesn’t know much about how truly evil Nixon was. There is proof that Nixon literally committed treason in 1968 when he secretly conspired with the Saigon government to postpone peace talks (with N Vietnam) until after the US election. Nixon knew that if the peace talks were started and even mildly successful, Humphrey would win the election. LBJ knew Nixon did this but decided not to inform the American people because of how LBJ acquired the info. Nixon’s treasonous interaction with Saigon was far worse than Watergate. This was (and is) your Republican Party, folks. 100% of the time, it’s “party before country”.

This has always been bigger than Watergate, which had something like 40 convictions, with 28 doing time. In other words, a busload of people. Here, we’re looking at a Eurobus A380-load of convictions and jailings. Moreover, I don’t think Devin Nunes will be riding in Business Class.

He’s putting his law degree from Liberty University into use. It’s standard drafting practice to define a term and then use a capitalized noun in future references, e.g., high level operatives in the Trump campaign worked with agents of a foreign government to influence the 2016 election and subvert the democratic process (hereinafter “Collusion”).
