You know, Iâm sure I have, I watched a lot of cartoons when I was little and those were more innocent (as in kinda depraved) times. But I donât remember it so much with the Warner Brothers stuff as I do with the Stooges. All that âthis place sure done gone crazyâ and bug-eyed mugging, yuck. The fact that it was a different time doesnât excuse it more than a little. I could go and look at the Bugs cartoons you mention, Iâve seen them listed on YouTube, but jeeze, there are so few things I really admire, Iâd hate to tear a strip off my admiration for those guys. I find a lot of times you have to excuse the various forms of buttheadery you find in even the greatest artists. They might let you down as people. Their work, thoughâŚ
