I’m going to have Trump autograph my copy of the DSM manual.

Hopefully, they’ll put him on the cover of the next edition.

You’re a puppet Donald!

"we had a bad decision. That’s the only thing that was wrong with the travel ban.”

He truly doesn’t live in the same reality as the rest of us. It’s astounding to watch. Fucking enthralling. It’s as disgusting and surreal as 2g1c, but just like that was, you can’t look away.

Holy crap, at least the criminally inclined Richard Nixon bowed to the courts.

Quick, somone send this man a copy of “How to Win Friends and Influence People.” Mr. president*, you’re doing it wrong!!!

I swear, I honestly don’t know what the fuck he’s saying. Is it just me?

Have we elected someone who’s incapable of constructing a coherent English sentence? Or has he just slid into his cyclical manic phase?

Nixon wasn’t crazy, just a crook.

No. Yes. Yes…any more questions?

President Donald Trump said Thursday that the rollout of his “travel ban” was smooth

How Trump’s Rush to Enact an Immigration Ban Unleashed Global Chaos

WASHINGTON — As President Trump signed a sweeping executive order on Friday, shutting the borders to refugees and others from seven largely Muslim countries, the secretary of homeland security was on a White House conference call getting his first full briefing on the global shift in policy.

Gen. John F. Kelly, the secretary of homeland security, had dialed in from a Coast Guard plane as he headed back to Washington from Miami. Along with other top officials, he needed guidance from the White House, which had not asked his department for a legal review of the order.

Halfway into the briefing, someone on the call looked up at a television in his office. “The president is signing the executive order that we’re discussing,” the official said, stunned.

Yeah. What happened to that entire bottle of scotch in my cabinet? It was supposed to last at least another week.

Wasn’t me I stick to beer at 5.9% or less. Anything higher puts me over the edge to quickly to enjoy the slow ride down.

“We’re going to keep going with that decision,” he said, referring to the original order. “We’re going to put in a new executive order next week sometime, but we had a bad decision. That’s the only thing that was wrong with the travel ban.”

I know some folks have asked a similar question above, but honestly, can anybody translate this into English? Did Putin write this himself? What does “we’re going to keep going with that decision . . . we’re going to put in a new executive order next week sometime” even mean?

At least he’s fact based lying and not doing so outright. No. The 9th Circuit Court does not have 80 % of it’s decisions overturned. 80 % of it’s decisions that are reviewed by the Supreme Court ( less than 1 % of it’s decisions ) are overturned but that’s to be expected. It’s a Liberal leaning court and SCOTUS has been a conservative clearing house for years. That vast majority of the 9th’s decisions stand. AS for bad decisions…he’d best get used to them.

Actually it seems like he later said the Court was ok, but it was a bad decision.

I know. I’m not trying to be snobbish here - he obviously has an abysmally poor command of his one and only language - but I honestly can’t make sense of his gibbering.

I guess we all know he’s trying to insist upon his upright character and the evilness of anyone opposed to him, but that’s not news. There is no substance to any of his remarks, and they’re jam packed with bizarre contradictions.

What bugs me more than any of this is how the press tries to add coherence to his words, and then comment on them as if he said something meaningful. Why not just call him out for being a public idiot?

Respect to the Office?

No donald, the bad roll out of your travel EO was because you and your people forgot to inform any of the enforcement agencies. You just assumed they would know by telepathy I suppose. If you don’t tell anyone in Customs what their duties are gonna be then they will not know. It isn’t rocket science, donald.
The court orders are a separate issue founded on a document you have no knowledge or appreciation of even though you took an oath to protect, preserve, and defend it.
The bad roll out is completely your fault and your mismanagement. The ruble stops with you, donald.
