The state GOP isn’t really in Handel’s corner anyway. Which is kind of the GOP’s problem in this election. Even when the received big money from outside sources, they immediately start dumping it on attacking each other.
That all changes on Wed morning however, assuming Ossoff doesn’t get to 51%.
@dvdf1126 I did too, for about 20 years. Its very typical suburban GOP for the most part. Probably not big fans of Trump, but its a big question if they are ready to vote for a Dem to send a message. The real race will start in the run off.

Democratic plans to target half of California’s 14 Republican members of Congress in the 2018 midterm elections represent a high-stakes bet that President Trump’s continuing unpopularity in the state will filter down to even the strongest GOP candidates.
There’s going to be a backlash in the state from voters still outraged that the GOP businessman was elected at all and others upset with Trump’s plans for the nation, said Robin Swanson, a spokeswoman for the California Democratic Party.
“Donald Trump lost California by more than 4 million votes,” she said. “When Republicans align themselves with his unpopular policies, it’s going to stick.”
Democrats plan to spend the money to make that happen.

If Trump is against Ossoff - the sane voters must be for Ossoff - also the voters who are not afraid of their own tax returns - who don’t belong to $100-200,000 private clubs - who never had Russian money propping up their businesses - who never expressed admiration for Vladimir Putin or sought an endorsement from Sarah Palin - who didn’t need a 10 minute “lecture” from the Chinese leader to know that North Korea isn’t their puppet…
