Just a note on terminology. Indictments are “handed up” (to the court). Decisions and rulings are “handed down” (by the court). Just thought you’d like to know. Using correct terminology adds gravitas to your writing.

I don’t think this is particularly shocking. The judges he’s appointing are being hand picked by the Federalist Society. Most are just garden variety Conservatives. While many are probably undying in their loyalty to him, some undoubtedly hate PP as much as we do and others are strict Constitutionalists. We should not be so shocked when they rule that grass is green.
The Deep State was so forward thinking they contrived the Constitution well ahead of time to foil this administration.
My fear. And lest we forget Kavanaugh.
