Discussion: Trump Admin Releases Lengthy List Of Strict Rules For Americans Visiting Cuba

I think the medically attacked American stuff is bullshit. Why don’t I believe anything that comes out
of the mouths of Trump administration officials? Their lips are moving and noise is coming out.

I was fortunate enough to visit the island last March, coincidentally right before President Obama’s visit. It’s a beautiful place with friendly people who are naturally proud of their long history. Hopefully, Trump and his cronies will soon be “consigned to the dustbin of history.” As I told one of the Cubans I met there, the American people have no quarrel with them; it’s our two governments which have been at war for more than 50 years.

When a Trump Hotel is built in Cuba. It will be the only one Americans can stay at.

I’d like to get an explanation of precisely what this is supposed to accomplish, other than knocking down yet another Obama initiative. I certainly don’t see any advantage to this, other than keeping the octogenarian Cubans in south Florida in play in Florida electoral politics for a few more years.

Right. And who’s going to bust me if I stay in that hotel? I encourage all Americans to take a trip to Cuba. It’s a great place. Stay where you like ( just bring cash or a foreign CC ) and go via another country. Fly to Mexico City, Carcass Valenzuela or Bogota and then fly to Cuba if you want to avoid the tourist packages. You can go as a “educator” or a “missionary” easy enough too. Go and don’t worry about Trump.

I guess we’ll return to the practice of going to Cuba from Panamá. The Cubans didn’t stamp the passports of Estadoünidense who traveled there in that manner.

more evidence of collusion with the Russians:

“Everyone knows this: I look good in Speedo, yes? You can get American -how do you say- ‘muffin tops’ off my favorite beach? Then we talk.”

Well, that takes care of one of the nation’s high priorities.
