Discussion: Trump Admin Asks SCOTUS To Fast-Track Transgender Troops Ban Cases

I hate this administration so much. Apparently their mantra is “Do Evil.”

They have no respect for the rule of law, not even for the processes of the rule of law. Donnie doesn’t like the 9th Circuit, so they try to just skip over it to get to Trump’s hand-picked justices. We can only hope that Roberts actually cares about protecting the processes of the court (if not his own legacy) going forward.

Fast track an abortion case and everything else, too. May as well get the 5-4 dictatorship thing out in the open for everyone to finally acknowledge.

Brilliant negotiating strategy. Publicly insult someone then turn around and ask them for a favor the next day.

Trump is just looking for a political win and he thinks he will get one here

Will just go once again behind the curtain…there have been trans folks in every conflict, starting with the very first.

Note to Caitlyn Jenner: Hey, Bruce, how’s that trans support from your former butt buddy Toadglans Spankee going?

Oh, and Fuck You!

Do they sit around trying to think of things that can make me hate them more than I already do? Doesn’t something this cowardly have to backfire?

Of course! Because Kavanaugh!!!

He was rammed through for a very strategic reason. No time to waste in fucking over some citizens who are less American than others.

The CROTWH (Current Resident Of The White House) is asking for a test of whether his newly-stacked SCOTUS would deliver a partisan verdict on something he badly wants or not…

Well she realized trump is awful and has said as much

Really going to piss Roberts off …if he has to step up and defend principles - that would make this a difficult job

I don’t know how this could possibly be constitutional, but I don’t trust this Court at all. I guess we’ll see which way Roberts rolls.

And why does this, of all cases, need to be fast-tracker? What’s the imminent danger?

Because fast-tracking something to hurt and disparage any of those icky people who are not like us and not real 'muricanz is absolutely necessary and of critical national importance. They don’t deserve to protect and defend their country or have any rights at all.

It’s gonna take a long time to put the pieces of our democratic republic back together and rid ourselves of the stench of this despicable so-called presidency and the Republican enablers who have abdicated any responsibility to support the Constitution, laws and human decency.

[/quote]Just think how a transgender female would have confused and angered young, drunk Bart O’Kavanaugh … and how he has to do what he can now as Justice Kavanaugh to make sure that doesn’t happen to any other rich, privileged white boy.

Somehow we’ve had maybe a few thousand transgendered people serving in the military, some of them for an entire career (at least one retired Seal).

And last I checked, the military hadn’t collapsed.

Caitlyn Jenner gave a full apology in an op-Ed in the Washington Post on October 25, 2018.

Yes, but . . . . she’s still not getting any sympathy from me. She isn’t that stupid that she couldn’t see evidence of Trump’s attitudes earlier.

Oh I thought it was the SCOTUS, not SCOT.
