Wait, didn’t he just plug it again?
As this regime burns down, endorsements from it will only hurt products, so have at it, Steve. And enjoy eternal ignominy.
For a supposedly super-smart Swamper, he sure is pretending to be really dumb. I suppose the 0.1% win again because he does mention the film once more.
All we 99.9%-ers can do is not spend money on his movies. Count me in for that.
Another non-apology apple-ogy.
“Mnuchin told Shaub he takes his ethical responsibilities “very seriously” and meets regularly with the Treasury’s designated ethics official.”
Shaub, upon eading Mnunchin’s letter, then fell of his chair laughing hysterically, suffering a broken collarbone. He will be off work for a few days.
This gives you an idea of what a good talent searcher the Asshole-elect is. Sad,
He’s very sorry he didn’t come on “Fox and friends” to do it, which apparently leads to no consequences whatsoever.
Most of the Trump administration is amoral, immoral, without ethics, contemptible of the law, and, with ultimate hypocrisy, blaming those who disagree with them of the same!
If it were a democratic adminstration, all the Very Serious People would be blathering about such an amateurish unforced error and opining that it showed an administration what wasn’t ready for prime time. With this administration it’s a welcome sign of merely-venal misbehavior.
Yeah, he’s sorry. NOT!
Besides, he needs to buy a vowel.
Oh hahahaha…‘I am well aware of the ethics violation stuff but I thought it would be funny!’…so much so I’ll do it again. I guess being a CEO means so rules and laws are for the little people.
Most?? just Most?? Why not ALL??
These unethical jerks just don’t get it. Although experience counts, they stupidly got rid of the professional staff
I was just about to say that he says he intends to apologize for it everyday for weeks to come! And then another surge of apologies when the DVD comes out.
This guy is a movie producer first and foremost. I watch a lot of movies and I see his name on credits a lot. He produced Sully which was excellent, and American Sniper which I’ll never watch.
Sorry don’t feed the bulldog. Secretary Mnuchin is cordially invited to meditate upon his violations of the Code of Federal Regulations § 2635.702 prohibiting the use of public office for private gain, for a term of 1 to 5 years in a Federal Penitentiary.
My question still stands, who asked him about movies? I smell a shill. Shouldn’t take an enterprising reporter very long to expose this a-hole. I mean really, who asks a Cabinet member for a movie rec??
Given that we’re so tight with Russia these days, I think it appropriate that we reward Mnuchin’s actions by throwing him in a gulag somewhere.
Just kidding, of course.
This guy is a greedy, unethical, venal, widow-and-child-evicting former mortgage banker movie producer first and foremost.
Fixed it for you.
