Trump doesn’t care about any result other than bringing attention, good or bad, he cares not which, to himself. He is amoral, immoral, and unethical.
Undoubtedly the ban on new transgender enlistees is going to have a deeply chilling effect on transgender re-enlistment. This is merely a way for military leaders to appear to support their troops. If the generals had just rolled over their troops would question their loyalty. It’s just a show.
