These ridiculous regulations that keep entrepreneurs from punching reluctant customers are exactly the kind of overregulation that’s crippling the economy. Obviously the de Blasio administration wants to keep everyone dependent on government handouts.

WTF TPM!!! There needs to be more care taken when choosing the appropriate headline wording to convey the content of the article accurately. This happens A LOT!!! Come on, people.
