They test the waters, they take polls, they count the cash on hand, they check to see how much an opponent has raised, and when the all clear sounds, they go bold.

Interesting ruling by a three judge panel Thursday. 9 more Texas Congressional districts must redrawn.
This is in addition to the 4 districts the same panel said must be redrawn earlier this summer
These lines will have to be redrawn in time for the 201 elections.
Ryan may not be Speaker after 2018.

Like most things Trump, Ryan’s likely under the impression that this outrage will blow over. He will likely get the full picture, when ‘45’ gets a case of ‘buyers remorse’ and finally endorses Paul Nielen (On account of Reince and other party elders shoving him, he endorsed Ryan n McCain, last year.)

I just saw this on two other sites (TPM doesn’t update with breaking news much on week ends). A commenter thought this administration should change the name of the Department of Justice to the Department of Doing Favors for the President’s Friends. That sounds about right.
