I think Dr. Carson don’t know what “groupthink” means - it is not something you want, “The Bay of Pigs” fiasco was a prominent example of what problems Groupthink can cause…
Edit: Joni Ernst, the pig castrater, was elected in Iowa so not surprising, apparently they like surgeons…
This poll isn’t particularly surprising. Should it hold up, it would pretty much fall in line with the results we’ve seen from Iowa Republicans over the last several cycles. They pick the most theocratic, ultra conservative among the field, and that person then goes on to lose the nomination.
The interesting thing no one is really talking about is what happens if they’re right and Trump loses, but Carson goes on to win. How are they ANY better off with Carson as the candidate? I’d argue he’s even worse, more damaging to their electoral chances and to down ballot races, than Trump.
