Why is this the top story on TPM? Unless this photo means that Obama really was a secret radical Muslim hellbent on enforcing Sharia law or whatever, who gives a shit?

Honestly, the only thing embarrassing about this is that the CBC went into a panic to cover it up.

I have never seen a more shocking photo in my life. Black men standing around smiling…what’s the world coming to?

Occasionally my boss would bring in the latest copy of the NOI publication The Final Call that he would find on the subway.
We would chuckle about the conspiracy theories in it about the Mothership and space aliens. Health remedies that bordered on quackery and how Kadaffi was a great righteous leader.
There was also plenty of distain for Obama where he was practically call a Tom.
In 2015-16 Farrakhan said plenty of favorable things about Trump.

Of all the absurd headlines that TPM has dropped on us, this might be in the top ten.

That’s the photo? There’s no scandalous story to go with a photo of the two of them in the same room? Yawn.

I lived in Chicago in 2005 and like him or not, Farrakahn was a prominent figure and drawing big crowds. As a politician in Chicago at the same time, there’s no surprise that President Obama would end up in the same room as Farrakahn from time to time.

Well this will make a nice little coda to the “Obama The Secret Muslim” movement in the Shrieking Moonbat Orchestra’s performance of the Nutjobber Suite.

That photo is waaaaay more concerning and demanding of an explanation than this one.

Well, I think I know what you mean, but:

  1. I haven’t yet heard anyone express outrage about the CBC photo; let’s see what happens.

  2. If a defense is needed, “Trump did it, therefore it’s OK” isn’t a very convincing one.

Cockholster had a Farrakhan-esque figure, sort of. Professional rally loon and white supremacist lover Michael the Black Man. But Cult 45 didn’t care. Come to think of it, neither did anyone else.

U.S. News and World Report has reported that Michael was a former member of “the infamous Yahweh ben Yahweh cult, who believes, among other things, Barack Obama is Satan and Hillary Clinton is a member of the KKK.”

The Washington Post reported that he was accused, but not convicted, of conspiracy to commit two murders in the 1990s, and that he believes Oprah Winfrey is the devil.

His website, Gods2.com, has a number of conspiracy theories about the KKK, Clinton, the Islamic State, Cherokee Indians and a link to a Facebook post that points out that “Michael the Black Man was found innocent in YAHWEH Case after witnesses admitted they we’re (sic) lying to get a good Deal from the Gov.”

It’s odd that he doesn’t have a ambassadorship yet. Alas, Michael the Black Man lost out to Sam the Brownback.
