Discussion for article #231307
Okay, I can get a little annoyed when the weather people have a complete fail on the forecast, but this is ridiculous.
Oh, I forget where I live. Sorry.
Maybe a climate change denialist? Many don’t understand the difference between climate and weather.
Wild guess here, but maybe not too far off the mark:
Maybe he’s been speaking of global warming?
Cokes owed!
I get mad too when a picnic or a farewell party gets unexpectedly rained out but C’MON.
Damn, that’s taking blaming the weatherman for the weather a bit too far!
“Whether they know each other or it’s a random shooting, we don’t know that yet,” Trooper D.L. Wilson told ABC.
Who sez a Texas shooter has to be on a first-name basis with the guy he shoots?
Dang, don’t be wrong with the weather in Texas.
Sounds like a hit .
What the fuck is wrong with Waco Texas? It can’t get any press unless it’s about the varied and sorted wingnuts who live there.
If you mean a professional hit, then no. Professional hit men’s victims’ driving days (and everything else) are over.
Everyone complains about the weatherman, but in Texas they do something about him.
(Magical thinking? Shoot the weatherman who forecast bad weather, and the bad weather won’t happen?)
My first thought as well. You can damn well bet someone would shoot a weatherman for even bringing it up. I’m surprised we haven’t heard of this before.
Waco has been wacko for sure, but this guy may also have stolen someone’s girl
friend or wife.
He’s cute enough.
Obviously there aren’t enough guns…
Forecast for tonight: alcohol, low standards and poor decisions
Apparently a “good guy with a gun” was tired of hearing about all this global warming.
I’m beginning to think that Greg Palast’s description is wrong. This Nation is no longer an" Armed Madhouse". Madhouses had some sort of administration, oversight, and control about them. At least in theory.
The United States today, less so.
Best wishes and hopes for a speedy recovery to yet another victim of “American Freedom.”
What is it about white culture in Texas that makes them so violent? Is it the country music?
It’s time to shed the political correctness and start asking the tough questions.
