I think that holding people accountable for their weapons is a bit much to ask from politicians representing the Party of Personal Responsibility™.
Yeah, it’s all weird. I had a woman tell me she wanted an Instagram of my junk and I thought “How did she know my garage needed cleaned?”
Yes, I thought so too, and I felt even more awful for it.
I understand what you mean. And yes, he is a Texan. But intellectual self-righteousness is kind of in poor taste right now. He did die at the age of only 19, so I don’t think we should view his death, at this moment, through the lens of misunderstood natural selection. Just saying.
He is EXACTLY the sort of person that would recklessly shoot someone you may know and love, out of sheer idiocy, carelessness and wanton neglect of impulse control. Whatever his background or circumstances society needs rid of these risks. If they eliminate themselves it saves us all from prevailing upon a justice system and Congress seemingly impotent to do it for us. I have a son that lives and works in Houston. THIS idiot won’t be shooting him. For that I’m thankful.

I’m not sure what you mean. The title exactly matches the story. Whether you find it funny is a different matter.

I am certain that had there been more gun owners, one of them would have shot it right out of the boy’s hand in the nick of time.
I couldn’t even type that with a straight face
