Discussion: Texas Police Department Fires Officer Who Tased 76-Year-Old Man

Well said. Two men can keep a secret if one of them is dead.

How they allowed the dash cam to ‘survive’ the investigation We will never know.

I give it less than a month before he is hired by the local Sheriff’s Department.
That is where City Police go when they get fired.

Bet they’ll take reinstate him in a year or two.

if more police officers were fired or convicted of their crimes, their fellow officers would fear stepping on people’s constitutional rights

I know. It was a stupid point. That was my point.

?? The police who showed up took the side of the victim, and so did the police department. So how can you say you don’t know how they allowed the dash cam to survive. They EASILY could have destroyed it. But they did not. Don’t take a few isolated incidents nationwide and generalize. That would be like generalizing blacks for committing crime because they have the highest percentage of criminals. Is that fair too? No. There are many other factors involved.

Unions rule the cops. We found out in NYC that Commissioner Bratton, a good man, has no real power. The Union thug (Lynch) does.

No, that will not happen. You are tripping.
