Should. Not. Be. A. Crime.* Let the parents handle it. No different from using a Polaroid camera and handing the pic to your bf/gf. Kinda stupid, but kids do stupid things.
*I’m referring only to situations involving two minors of similar age, in a consensual situation

Back when I was a kid, doing stupid things was pretty much the whole point. Took a few knocks for it sometimes, got away with it others, learned to accept and handle the first and feel lucky instead of cocky with the latter. Back then they called it growing up. Hard for me to read about this and think, “damn, wish we had that back when.” So many stupid things I never did and now wish I had. So many smart things I did and either forgot or don’t care about.

Jealous, overweight middle-aged men seek to regulate behavior they wished they had an opportunity to do when they were young. Got it.
(BTW Mr. Prosecutors: Give the pictures back and, please, don’t bother to explain why your office door was closed and locked while you were “reviewing evidence.”)
