All of these candidates said they didn’t want the President to perform his constitutional duty to put forth an appointee to the Supreme Court. The absolute hypocrisy is astounding. Republicans are choosing to block him by announcing it advance. They don’t even have the sense to wait to see who he picks. Basically, we have all Republicans trying to nullify the constitutional authority of this President to do his job…and it pisses me off. They consistently have the nerve to turn around and blame him for not doing his job, but never take any responsibility for their constant effort to block him from doing what he was elected to do.

Bottom line: tRump wouldn’t know how to pick a Supreme Court Justice. He’d probably pick his own sister. She’s a judge from what I understand. Probably the only judge that has ever said anything nice about him.
Cruz would pick Justice Roy Moore from Alabamy and soon after we’d have him rolling out his monument to the Ten Commandments on the steps of the Supreme Court.

On the other hand, if Trump files his “Natural Born” lawsuit, a president Cruz would have a conflict of interest in nominating anyone.
Not one person on that stage has the character to be President.
So Cruz implies that HE would pick a CONSERVATIVE judge, ie meaning that he should be ok with the sitting President to pick a judge of HIS liking, hence that Obama has the right to do the SAME!
