Discussion for article #244956
He’s a United States Senator. If he doesn’t have insurance, it’s by choice.
“I don’t have health care right now” and when I’m elected President neither will you.
Hey Ted, you’re not insured cuz you chose to be not insured. Given your circumstances, you’re just admitting you’re a dumbass. That is completely independent of whatever imagined hardship Obamacare has foisted upon you.
Ted Cruz, aka, Myrna Martyr
"However, Heidi Cruz went on unpaid leave in March "
“Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas dropped its individual policies and he had not found a new plan by December 31, when those policies ceased.”
HE HAD NINE MONTHS!!!
2 + 2 = Cruz deliberately failed to obtain alternative coverage that he could easily afford in order to set up this asinine argument/line of rhetoric, and he thereby uninsured his children in service to his political ambitions.
crossing fingers–Please get sick and die, please get sick and die
"I don’t have health care right now."
Then you better not get sick or injured then — asshole
The headline should read “Cruz looking for health care through the Obamacare exchanges.”
Totally irresponsible of him to let his insurance coverage laps like that.
Now we know how much Mr. Warmth loves his kids.
I don’t think you are correct about this. He still has to buy it. It isn’t free as some think.
Maybe he is so wealthy he thinks he can (foolishly) subsidize his own health care. What a fucking panderer
Cruz: Its really hard to follow laws. That is why I dont support any as a senator. I also like Canadian system better where all this nonsense of selecting health care provider doesnt exist.
I wonder if he has any pre-existing conditions that he can blame Obamacare for covering.
WTF.
He has FREE INSURANCE for LIFE for himself and his entire family as a US Senator.
What a craven asshole.
No wonder everybody in DC hates him.
It’s what he does best: sets up asinine arguments/lines of rhetoric.
If true, he is clearly too stupid to be President. And given the list of Republican candidates this year, that is an accomplishment.
He seems to be trying to turn a mistake into a political statement. He didn’t say he let the deadline pass on purpose. Doesn’t the ACA make it mandatory to carry insurance if you can afford it? And does his wife carry health insurance he can piggy back? Simply put, he is a dick. I am 82 and I can’t remember or think of a politician as repugnant to my senses as he. with the exception of Joe McCarthy of whom he is a picture; looks and actions. Many are flacks like Palin and my Representative, but he is just a zed.
