Discussion for article #245935
Well, in his defense, Ted is busy being the face of God.
Well in fairness Bill, being the “face of God” does entail a lot of responsibility, I mean what with appearing in breakfast cereals, mall openings and gun shows, he really doesn’t have the time.
“I don’t really know what else to do. I’ll even buy him dinner,” O’Reilly said.
Well, your alcohol tab would be negligible. Just bring a gallon of water and Ted would turn it into wine.
For year the right has been attacking the “mainstream media.” Now Fox News is the mainstream media and they are surprised they are being eaten by the monster they created.
Voters in the U.S. are about as disparate as can be. But if there is one thing that unifies them, it’s a distaste for smarmy, oily, smug sarcasm. And that’s about the only human trait Cruz brings to the table. His shelf life is going to be very short.
Boxed wine too…ewwww!
I don’t know Bill, if even Cruz thinks you’re irrelevant perhaps it’s time to pack it in!
Don’t forget the time needed to stamp his image into stack after stack of tortillas, not to mention the loaf after loaf of Wonder® bread toast.
You’d think a pious Catholic like Bill would be hip to the logistics.
Tough luck Teddy boy Cruz…when you rely on your religion to get votes that is a red flag that you aren’t capable of leading much of anything.
The candidate who should be pissed at the networks is Bernie Sanders…even MSNBC as well as Faux, CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN, and the rest of the media giants have been trying to prop up all the talking heads except for Bernie. They don’t even give Bernie the time of day.
The big 5 media giants control 90% of our news…and that is one reason our establishment system is busted and rigged against the middle class!
Cruz hasn’t learnt something that is second nature to some pols, especially John McCain: the media are a caucus, and love being schmoozed.
Bill is going to feel pretty silly when sCruz grabs the coveted Franklin Graham endorsement.
Oh, wait, the cracker (Graham) has already endorsed tRump. My bad.
I love that Fox is becoming aware that they can be used as a powerful cudgel by the political monsters they’'ve created. How dare Republicans not genuflect near us! I’d say Cruz seems to have a point. There was an awful lot of excitement around Mr. “I came in third!”, but now that’s all gone away.
I kind of agree with Cruz on this point. It’s kinda weird when Trump is the big loser coming in 2nd and Rubio is “ascendant” at 3rd. It did genuinely reflect a desperate want on the part of the establishment to anoint Rubio. It was every bit as cynical as Cruz was making it out to be.
Fox news biased? How can that be?
O’Reilly is such a hypocritical, repugnant thug.
Coverage and tone should be dictated by whether his show can book someone? Really?
Cruz (of course) is full of it when he raises a specific instance involving Fox News. But Carson and Trump are right when they make baseless, sweeping assertions against the “liberal” media in general.
Oh puhleeze. Don’t tell me we gave another narcissist complaining that Fox isn’t paying enough attention to him. Wahhhhhhhh.
Especially when the number of representatives are granted proportionally to the votes. All three got almost the same number of representatives.
And Rubio isn’t busy voting or representing Florida as a senator, being bored and all.
