This is something, isn’t it? I recall a psychoanalyst commenting that women cannot ever be the head of anything–they can serve on the Supreme Court, but could never be Chief Justice… It floored me, and I’m still wondering in what universe masculinity defines itself so strongly as not-woman…

As a convicted felon, I doubt T.I. needs to worry about voting much at all.
I am certain he’s never bothered to vote or even register in his life, nor would I take his word for it.
