You guys and your questions about how Trump will respond. Surely you realize Trump’s Nicknaming Button is larger and more powerful than anyone’s. Plus which he said something vaguely negative about Russia and Putin, so Mission Accomplished as far as strength and smartness and totally refuting any suspicions about collusion and such. He’s spending the rest of the day trying to get the Trump Tower victim’s next of kin to sign a hold-harmless form. As far as he’s concerned Syria is dealt with.

Allying himself with Putin puts him in that position. I don’t know what the rest of the GOP thinks about it. The only people who want him to withdraw from Syria are Erdogan and Putin.
