Discussion: Suspect Who Ambushed Philly Cop Pledged Allegiance To Islamic State

Well it was a pretty stupid…or well calculated thing to do. Black guy shoot a Philly Cop…there’s the BLM angle and turns out to be a fan is ISIS. There’s the BLM and ISIS sitting in a tree thing. This guy is either very pissed off at Black folks or is one of the dumbest Black folks around.

I’m sure the folks at the city lockup will take real good care of his medical issues. /s

WHOA WHOA WHOA there’s a bit of [MISSING INFORMATION][1] here:

> Reached at her home in Lansdowne, his mother, Valerie Holliday, said Archer was the eldest of seven children and suffered head injuries from playing football and a moped accident.

> “He’s been acting kind of strange lately. He’s been talking to himself . . . laughing and mumbling,” Holliday said. “He’s been hearing voices in his head. We asked him to get medical help.”

No, no, no,you don’t get how it works. If a mentally impaired criminal associates his actions with Allah, he’s acting on purely political motives. If he associates his actions with Jesus, then he’s just a nutcase.

That should be obvious. :confounded:

Suspect Who Ambushed Philly Cop Pledged Allegiance To Islamic State.

The police said " Islam ", not the " Islamic State. " There is a huge difference.

Please get this verified.

“Stolen Police-Issued Weapon”!?!?!?!
This sounds suspiciously like a Blue-hit on another officer (who probably would not “play ball” with perp.)
Find a schizophrenic who will deflect all attention from you, give him a gun from the police department, point out the target, and stand back and watch.
There is a LOT more to this than meets the eye and it stinks to high heaven.
It IS Philly after all…

Either that or a Catholic priest.

No, he wants to be famous (terrorist) as opposed to just a common criminal.

For a certain diagnosis, simply ask, does he vote Republican?

c’mon, football good for brain

Police Commissioner Richard Ross at the same time revealed the weapon used to wound Officer Jesse Hartnett was a police 9mm semiautomatic pistol stolen in 2013 from an officer’s home.
Police: Gunman who shot cop pledged allegiance to the Islamic State

I pretty much don’t watch TV newscasts, it’s always the same s**t, different day. But I happened to be at friend’s house who lives in Landsdowne, PA. We heard the police helicopters buzzing. Then saw the replay of the incident on her news program. Looking at how he was dressed, I couldn’t help but think about the crew in FL with the leader who wore a bathrobe and carried a cane for a staff. They were rounded up as suspected terrorists after 9/11.

To come out of nowhere and start shooting at the police car just smacked of someone not playing with a full deck. Usually, here in Philly with this kind of exchange, it happens with a traffic stop or a crime in progress. I’m more inclined to believe his mother, that he’s not mentally stable. Doesn’t exonerate him from being brought to justice. But since the weapon used was a police issued weapon that had been stolen, it does bring home the point of securing weapons for use only by the person who holds the registration for said weapon.
